Evopod™ is a semi-submerged, floating, tethered tidal energy capture device. It uses a simple but effective mooring system that allows the free floating device to maintain optimum heading into the tidal stream.

Since the 7th of August 2014 E35 has successfully completed six months of continuous deployment in Sanda Sound.
E35 has experienced the large tides caused by the "supermoon" and survived waves and wind caused by "The Weather Bomb". Take a look at the video footage here.
